Although Lotus Cup Europe is run by a team of volunteers we are looking for a number of series sponsors to help cover the running costs of what we hope will become one of Europe’s premier club race series. With a fantastic race calendar, packed grids and a huge fan base there really is no better series to be involved with.
We have a number of sponsorship packages available to companies who wish to support the series and its drivers. These can be tailored around specific requirements, we are aware sponsorship needs to benefit both the sponsor and the series.
Facts and figures:
- Europe wide coverage, races in Belgium, France, Germany, Holland and the UK.
- Lotus Cars support with LoTRDC organisation.
- Over 30 drivers expected to compete in LCE in 2010, a significant increase over previous years.
- 14 Lotus Cup Europe races in 2010 at Europes most prestigious circuits.
- Lotus community support with hundreds of Lotus enthusiasts expected to follow the series in 2010. Major lotus meeting as most rounds.
- Huge press coverage in both motorsport publications such as Autosport and Motorsport News. Coverage every month in general car press plus significant coverage in Lotus related publications.
- TV coverage: A number of rounds will be transmitted on Motors TV, Brands Hatch, Spa Francorchamps and Donington Park have been confirmed and we are hopeful of programmes from Le Mans and Zandvoort. Motors TV will air the programme across the globe, not just in the UK but to million households across 52 countries.
Motul, specialist lubricants supplier, joined the series as sponsor and technical partner. With a presence in many areas of international motor sport and a commitment to evolve their products alongside the fast-moving engine technology of today, Motul’s support is welcomed by organisers and competitors. A technical team from Motul will attend all 2010 Lotus Cup Europe events. Drivers will be able to take part in a technical briefing and will also be presented with a Motul welcome pack. Yokohama have already confirmed their support of the Elise Trophy and will be the official tyre sponsor in 2010.
